We are deeply saddened and outraged by the brutal assault of a young man allegedly perceived to be gay in Kenyase, Ahafo Region. The victim, seen in a viral video, was violently attacked and is feared to be near death. His current condition and identity remain unknown.
This is not an isolated case. CYEHRG has documented numerous human rights violations targeting LGBTQ+ individuals across Bono, Ahafo, and Bono East regions.
